Mr.Zhang Qin, born in 1936, graduated and achieved master’s degree in Northwest institute of animal husbandry and veterinary( Now known as Gansu Agricultural University) in 1965. Zhang worked in the Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Research Institute of Hebei Province since July, 1965. Zhang had participated in a series of projects, such as the investigation and study of “The pathogen of cattle haemosporidiasis, types and epidemiology of the intermediate host cricket of Qian’an, Hebei Province”“ The epidemiology, diagnosis and prevention and cure of swine cysticercosis in Hebei province ”. Zhang carried out the research of “The immune method of chicken coccidiosis” firstly, and presided over the projects of "comprehensive prevention and control technology of rabbit coccidiosis". Zhang completed the “The attenuated strain breeding of Eimeria coccidium and the application research of mixed coccidiosis vaccine”“The prevention and control technology research of beef cattle disease " and so on. Zhang obtained eight scientific research rewards. After his retirement in 1996, Zhang continued to study the parasites. Zhang was employed as the technology consultant of Foshan Standard Bio-tech Co.,Ltd. since 2003 and participated in the research of the coccidiosis vaccine and veterinary medicine.
