If you want to cancel an order for non-delivery, please use the Self Cancel Cancellation service
The specific steps are as follows:
Go to the "My Orders" page, find the order you want to cancel, click the "Cancel Order" button;
Select the order to cancel the cause, submit the application;
After the "Cancel Order" application is successful, you can view the cancellation progress on the "My Order> Customer Service> Cancel Order History" page.
