When your refund is passed, the corresponding return item will be returned in two ways.

First, the refund to the rhinoceros cloud balance

- the use of balance payment of the user, after the refund of your money will be immediately returned to your zhengdian cloud balance, easy to use the next shopping;

- the order will be paid with part of the balance, the goods will return to your account balance when the goods are partially returned;

- When the cash on delivery is returned, the payment will be credited back to your zhengdian cloud balance. You can choose to transfer the balance after the refund is completed.

Second, the original path back

- If you pay with Alipay Balance, your payment will be credited to your Alipay Balance;

- If you pay with a bank card / credit card, you will be refunded to the corresponding bank card / credit card account within 3-5 business days.
